Who we are
btlines.io is run by Julian Kautsch. Contact: [email protected].
If you sign in
We store your email address, the companies you save as favourites, and when you signed up. Accounts are hosted by Supabase in the EU (Frankfurt); sign-in emails are sent by Resend (EU). Your sign-in session is kept in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in.
Cookies and analytics
On your first visit we ask whether you accept cookies. If you accept, the PostHog analytics script runs in your browser and sets a cookie (plus an entry in local storage) with an anonymous visitor ID; it records page views, clicks and form submissions so we can see which pages are used and improve the site. If you reject, no analytics script loads and nothing is stored for statistics. Your choice itself is remembered in local storage. PostHog is hosted in the US; PostHog Inc. is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. The server also records page views on its side, without cookies.
If you are signed in, your visits can be linked to your account's email address; otherwise statistics are anonymous.
What we don't do
We don't sell or share your data, we don't send marketing emails, and we don't use advertising or third-party tracking beyond the statistics described above.
Your rights
You can get a copy of your data, correct it, or have your account deleted at any time: write to [email protected] and we'll do it within 30 days. You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority (UODO).
Legal basis
Providing the account you asked for (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); browser analytics only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time by clearing the site's storage in your browser; server-side request logs to run and improve the site (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
